While small weddings or microweddings have gained popularity in the recent years, this should not affect the way a wedding day is captured for a bride and groom. Small weddings may not have everything a full day wedding couple usually goes for (i.e. invitation suite, bridal party, fancy decor, 8-10 hours of photo coverage), a microwedding can be captured just as magically with everything you may want to see in your wedding album!
Can first looks with grandparents be a thing?
Sweet Carly reached out to me a week before planning this mini first look session with her Grandmother, whom she lovingly called Mimi.
Engagement sessions can seem intimidating since these are some of your first professional portraits together as a couple. However, the best way to get comfortable in front of the camera is to schedule an engagement session with your wedding day photographer! Not only does this give you a chance to get to know and connect with your photographer, but you also get to learn the core poses for your wedding day photography.

Finally getting to upload my work on the blog! Sam & Adrian are one of my firsts here since they celebrated their 1st Wedding Anniversary yesterday. You don’t want to go through your final photos and wish you would have discussed about any poses or details that may have been missed. […]
